Welcome to the legal notice for MxBikes Launcher! We’re a small team running this project in our free time, and right now we don’t generate any revenue from it. Below are the details about who’s behind this site.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG under general laws. However, according to § 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
